Книга Марка Розина, пожалуй, самая неоднозначная книга о бизнес-процессах, которую я читала. Она заставляет задуматься о роли руководителя в компании, о психологии сотрудников, о корпоративной культуре, плюсах и минусах стратегии продвижения.

О чем эта книга?

Эта книга о бизнесе, точнее о типах ведения бизнеса – стратегическом и оппортунистическом (возможностном). Во всех бизнес-практиках и книгах по MBA считается правильным стратегический вид видения бизнеса (долгосрочный, планируемый, быстро растущий). Марк Розин – президент компании «ЭКОПСИ Консалтинг» и автор этой замечательной книги на своем опыте и многолетних наблюдениях доказывает, что существует и вполне успешно еще и оппортунистический вид. Такой вид бизнеса более гибкий и из-за этого наименее подвержен кризису. Писатель рассказывает о плюсах и минусах различных подходов к управлению. Заставляет посмотреть на себя и свой бизнес со стороны, лучше понять ошибки. В книге приводится масса реальных примеров различных методик управления, даются сравнительные таблички и советы.
