Рецензия на книгу Дмитрия Агарунова «Бизнес в стиле Ж…».

В книге описан личный многолетний опыт предпринимателя в России, начиная с 90-х годов по нынешний день, раскрываются проблемы, с которыми столкнулся автор в течение ведения бизнеса.

Лично я «проглотила» книгу за пару часов, так как написана она очень легко, простым и понятным языком. В наше кризисное время книга будет особенно актуальна бизнес-аудитории, так как автор прошел через два кризиса, терпел разорения, но снова поднимался.

Дмитрий Агарунов известен как основатель компании Gameland. Перед кризисом 1998 года компания выпускала около 80 тысяч журналов «Страна игр». Дмитрий до сих пор ведет бизнес, но уже в интернете.

Книга начинается со слов автора, которые я приведу дословно:

Как бы вы охарактеризовали событие, в результате которого теряете успешный бизнес, все деньги, здоровье, семью и еще остаетесь должны миллион долларов?

Цитата не только интригует на дальнейшее чтение, но и дает понять, что описанные в книге советы – это личный опыт предпринимателя, прошедшего огонь и воду, а не просто пустые слова от очередного бизнес-теоретика.

Приведу несколько самых ценных, на мой взгляд, советов из книги:

В любой момент, а в кризис особенно, нужно быть готовым отбросить прошлый опыт. Каким бы успешным он ни был.

Если прибыль падает или ее нет вовсе, закрывайте бизнес. Нет прибыли – нет бизнеса.

Владелец бизнеса – важнейший ресурс компании, залог ее сохранения и преобразования. Забота о себе как о важном ресурсе – главный приоритет предпринимателя.

Новые проекты лучше запускать в то время, когда старые еще приносят прибыль и позволяют оплатить подобные эксперименты.

Нужно поощрять конструктивную критику и избавляться от тех, кто постоянно жалуется, но ничего не предлагает.

Таких советов в книге масса, чем она и ценна. Книга отрезвляет и дает понять, что не бывает постоянно успешного и растущего бизнеса. Если есть взлет, будет и падение. Предпринимательство – это постоянная борьба за место под солнцем.

Читать книгу обязательно, особенно бизнесменам.
